He provides strategic leadership and vision for the organization, with expertise in sustainable architecture, community-centered design, and development-oriented planning, guiding Rojen’s work across environmental and architectural initiatives.

Lawin Omer is a psychology graduate and a main member of Rojen NGO. He is involved in mental health programming, psychosocial support initiatives, and awareness activities, contributing to project design, implementation, and reporting in community and humanitarian contexts.
Eilaf Khairadeen
Mental Health Specialist
Eilfa Khairadeen holds a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Psychotraumatology. She provides professional expertise in mental health and trauma-informed approaches, supporting psychosocial interventions, training activities, and the quality of mental health programs.

Environmental Specialist
