Rojen NGO is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to help secure funding and partnerships for our programs in environment, mental health, and architecture. You will play a key role in translating our work into compelling proposals and grant applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify funding opportunities from donors and institutions
- Write and submit grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications
- Coordinate with program teams to gather project data and impact metrics
- Develop budgets and log frames in collaboration with the finance team
- Maintain a pipeline of upcoming deadlines and opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience writing successful grant proposals or funding applications
- Excellent written English with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with donor requirements (UN agencies, EU, USAID, etc.)
- Ability to synthesize technical information into clear, persuasive narratives
- Experience in the NGO or development sector is preferred
